Back in November 2010, Atlanta businessman Russell Sneiderman was gunned down outside the suburban preschool, where just minutes before he had dropped off his son. Months after the shooting, Hemy Neuman (boss of the victim's wife), was arrested and charged with his murder. At the time it was suspected that the victim's wife, Andrea Sneiderman, played a role in the planned murder, however no charges were filed against her. Additionally, Mrs. Sneiderman vehemently denied any involvement in her husband's death.
Neuman eventually admitted to killing Mr. Sneiderman and in March 2012 was sentenced to life in prison. Since that time the prosecution has continued gathering evidence against Mrs. Sneiderman. As a result of the evidence gathered, Mrs. Sneiderman was arrested in August 2012. On October 8th, 2012 she was arraigned on charges that included racketeering, criminal attempt to commit murder, insurance fraud, perjury and more. She is currently under house arrest at her parents' home and continues to deny any involvement.
